This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application DivTech ("Application") for mobile devices and web browsers that was created by One Diversified LLC and Diversified Media Group LLC (Diversified). The Application is primarily used by technicians and vendors who provide field services to Diversified and its clients. Throughout this Policy, "Digital Media Group" or "Diversified Media Group" or "DMG" or "We" refers to One Diversified LLC. "You" or "Users" or "Technicians" refers to you, our users - everyone who uses this Application. The "DivTech" or "Application" refers to the web and mobile applications offered through Apple and Google Play stores and services operated or produced by DMG offered through the web site at divtech.divmedia.net and its subdomains (*.divtech.divmedia.net).
The DivTech Application integrates with Diversified Ticketing Software. The Application gives "Authenticated" technicians access to work order details, scope of work documents and tickets that have been assigned to technicians ("Authenticated Users") of this Application by DMG. Authenticated Users can upload photos to a service ticket from photo library on the mobile device as well as add their own notes to service tickets.
For users who don't have a registered account ("non-authenticated users"), the Mobile App provides the functionality to scan one or more barcodes and copy them to an email or another application on the mobile device using clipboard copy and paste features. None of this information is collected by DMG from "non-authenticated users" and it is not uploaded to DMG servers.
When you use a DivTech application you provide us with two types of information: User Provided Information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and Usage Information that is collected by our servers as you use our application.
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is mandatory for users who provide field services to DMG. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you are our Vendor or a Technician and have registered with us.
When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, company name, cell phone number (username) and password; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as your notes, photos, customer signatures and other service related information.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you to provide you with important information, required notices or ask questions related to the service tickets you worked on.
Usage Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We will retain user account and registration information for as long as you use the Application and provide services to DMG. We will retain User Provided Data related to service visits indefinitely unless it is deemed useless by DMG. We will retain Usage Information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at DivTechPolicy@diversifiedus.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. We will indicate at the top of this page the date this Privacy Policy was last revised.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
Any improper collection or misuse of information provided within DivTech application is a violation of the DMG Privacy Policy and should be reported to DivTechPolicy@diversifiedus.com.
